Hotel / Motel Tax

The County Clerk's office collects Hotel-Motel Excise Taxes monthly. Monthly Hotel/Motel Tax Reports are due and payable by the 20th day of the month following the month of collection. If the 20th day falls on a day other than a business day, the report shall be due by the following business day. Please make checks payable to Floyd County.
