Office of the Receiver
The Receiver's Office will accept payment in the form of cash, money order and cashier's checks. No personal checks or business checks will be accepted.
Payments made by mail:
- Must be done by money order or cashier's check made payable to Floyd County Receiver’s Office.
- Must be filled out completely with name and case number. If the payment is incomplete or illegible, it will be returned.
- Must include a self-addressed stamped envelope if you would like a receipt.
We do not accept partial payments on Suspended Sentences. If you are unable to pay the full amount, you will need to contact your probation officer or the District Attorney's Office.

Payments made at cashier window:
If you are paying at our cashier window, any of the approved methods of payment listed above are acceptable. The window hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. excluding holidays.
