Bring One for the Chipper

Keep Rome-Floyd Beautiful invites you to participate in this year's Bring One for the Chipper event! This community initiative helps recycle live un-decorated Christmas trees and turn them into valuable fish habitats. The event will take place on Saturday, January 4, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Rome Home Depot.
Volunteers will be onsite to assist with:
- Unloading trees from vehicles
- Distributing free tree seedlings to participants
- Tallying the number of trees recycled for reporting purposes
This is a fun and impactful way to support the environment and our community.
