Announcement of Proposed Polling Place Changes

Pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 21-2-265, The Floyd County Board of Elections and Registration hereby gives notice to the voters of Floyd County that it is considering the following permanent polling place changes:

1. Change the East Rome Precinct polling location to Hollywood Baptist Church, located at 112 Lombardy Way, Rome, GA 30161.
2. Change the Fosters Mill Precinct polling location to Cedar Creek Baptist Church, located at 3219 Fosters Mill Rd, Rome, GA 30161.
3. Change the Town Rome Precinct polling location to the Rome-Floyd County Library, located at 205 Riverside Pkwy NE, Rome, GA 30161.

After considering any objections, a final vote on the proposed polling location changes will be held on September 8, 2023 at 6:00 PM at the Floyd County Board of Elections and Registration, located at 18 East 12th Street, Rome, GA 30161.
